Refund Policy
1. Event Tickets and Registrations:
All purchases for event tickets and registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for missed presentations or events. Please ensure you mark your calendar and attend as scheduled.
2. Cancellations by Empowered We Stand Together:
In the unlikely event that Empowered We Stand Together needs to cancel a presentation or event, registrants will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your registration to a rescheduled date or another event of equal value.
1. Digital Products and Downloads:
All sales of digital products and downloadable content are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Physical Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
